Extrusion, by hard anodic oxidation by the precision machining of the
inner hole and the outer surface (special case of anodic oxidation +
Teflon coating), long service life, low coefficient of friction.

One-piece design, all double acting and single acting actuator models
all have the same cylinder block and end cover. It is very convenient to
change the mode of action by adding spring or removing spring.

of the two separate adjusting screw for actuator installed in the valve

Three: Double acting principle(ATD)
CCW:
A
inlet air. Compressed air to overcome spring force. Driving the piston
outward movement, the actuator output shaft counterclockwise rotation (0
degrees to 90 degrees), B port exhaust;
The actuator loses air, and
the piston moves inward under the influence of the spring force. The
actuator output shaft rotates clockwise (90 degrees to 0 degrees) and
the exhaust at the A port.
CW:
A intake air,
compressed air to overcome the spring force. Push the piston outward
movement, the actuator output shaft clockwise rotation (0 degrees to 90
degrees), B port exhaust;
The actuator loses air. The piston moves
inward under the influence of the spring force. The actuator output
shaft rotates counterclockwise (90 degrees to 0 degrees), and the
exhaust at the A port.
Four : single acting working principle(ATE)
CCW:
